At MYFITNESS, we strive for 100% satisfaction with every healthy snack and supplement; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a full replacement or refund.
Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging, include your RMA slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
